Effective July 30, 2026. These terms govern use of this website and the submission of product, parts, service, and project enquiries.
Informational purpose
Website content is provided for preliminary commercial and technical orientation. Generator ratings, dimensions, emissions configurations, certifications, accessories, compatibility, availability, lead time, and pricing vary by series, destination, site conditions, duty, and contract scope. Nothing on this site replaces a project specification, an approved submittal, a professional engineering calculation, a local code review, or the instructions supplied with installed equipment.
Names and descriptive references are used to identify the subject of an enquiry. A request submitted through the website does not create a distributor appointment, service authorization, warranty decision, or commitment to supply.
Quotations and orders
Any quotation is governed by the terms stated in that quotation. Buyers must review the stated rating basis, voltage, phase, frequency, duty, included options, exclusions, freight, taxes, commissioning, installation responsibility, payment terms, and validity period. An order is accepted only through written confirmation by the supplying party. Changes to site conditions, load data, destination, standards, or schedule may require a revised technical and commercial offer.
User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact, application, equipment-identification, and project information; to avoid submitting confidential material you are not authorized to share; and to use the site lawfully.
